The Coming Dark

The Coming Dark

the landscape's pockmarked with upheavals large and small the face of a nation infected with poisons fast and slow

coursing through a bloodstream carrying not oxygen but corrosive molecules of division

every hatred every lie every psychotic vision even the most fantastical is permissible

unbelievably believed encouraged by millions who've abandoned common sense and reason

for a phantasmagorical stew of the madness of a deposed would-be king manipulated by a cabal

whose strings circle the globe in a dark web of elitism slavery and greed

if their vision is truly what we will be i won't be repatriated i ready myself for the badge the boxcar and the purity of the grave
